We are looking to appoint an experienced Area Sales Representative. Reporting to the Agricultural Sales Manager, this role will enable the successful candidate to develop a rewarding career in an exciting and evolving industry.

Louth Tractors are a well-established and progressive multi-franchise agricultural dealership in Lincolnshire, specialising in Case IH, Krone and Sumo, all complimented by other market leading franchises.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a diverse, retained and new customer base
  • Promoting, demonstrating and connecting our franchises with customers
  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery of machine
  • Continued support and dedication through installation and after-sales support

Essential skills/experience required:

  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years’ experience from working in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanised agricultural equipment and a sound understanding of the industry
  • Excellent and adaptable communication skills
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Be target driven with a desire to succeed
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong administration skills
  • Demonstrate a strong team-player mentality
  • A flexible approach
