Meet our new sales manager
Paul Alexander strongly believes in looking after the customer and this isn’t just a cliché. He prides himself on transparency. “You always have to be straight with people and that’s how you build strong relationships.”
This is why he fits right into the team at Louth Tractors and we’re delighted to have him on board because of his vast experience.
His last post was sales manager for Jaguar Land Rover, which he held for almost four years and prior to this he worked for BMW. He started as a sales executive at BMW and here he became amongst the top salesmen in the country. He worked his way up to sales controller and then sales manager for the company.
Paul is keen to transfer his sales experience to the agricultural sector. “My job is to manage the sales team and the expectations of the business. My aim is to keep standards high and increase sales. The main objective is keeping our valued customers happy.”
Paul has diverse experience, including sports tourism marketing, which took him to exotic countries in his early career. He’s highly ambitious and brings a strong team-player mentality to the post.
“In the first month I’ve learned a lot about the farming sector and I’m enjoying working with some of the most innovative, practical people I’ve dealt with,” adds Paul.
